I am an executive nursing and healthcare quality leader with more than a decade of experience advancing clinical excellence across ambulatory, home care, acute care, and multispecialty environments. I specialize in executive‑level quality and safety leadership, strategic planning, program development, and multidisciplinary team management. I support healthcare organizations, integrated delivery systems in strengthening their quality infrastructure, optimizing operations, and aligning clinical practice with strategic goals.

My background includes progressive leadership roles at OSF HealthCare, where I currently serve as Director of Quality and Safety for the Medical Group and Home Care divisions. I’ve led systemwide initiatives in regulatory compliance, infection prevention, safety event management, and clinical education, and I’ve developed programs that improve outcomes, enhance caregiver competency, and support a culture of zero harm. I also bring extensive experience in curriculum development, staff training, and leading remote, cross‑functional teams.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge executive strategy with frontline execution, translating complex organizational goals into practical, sustainable workflows that elevate care delivery. Outside of healthcare, I’m an active member of the Peoria arts community. I serve on the Board of Directors for Corn Stock Theatre, direct stage productions, and have appeared in award‑winning short films. Proactive Safety Work to Improve Culture of Safety

Led a proactive, initiative to improve safety culture across the Medical Group by targeting clinics scoring below 4.0 on their Culture of Safety surveys, implementing Safety Walks, and driving action planning that resulted in statistically significant improvements in Culture of Safety outcomes.

Implementation of Hospice HOPE Measures

Oversaw the rollout of the Hospice HOPE measures across OSF Home Care, unifying teams and workflows to ensure consistent symptom assessment and timely follow‑up visits. The initiative drove measurable gains in quality performance, including multiple agencies reaching 99th‑percentile rankings, and elevated the overall standard of hospice care.

Sustaining and Advancing MSSP ACO Performance for OSF Medical Group

Oversaw strategies to sustain and improve MSSP ACO performance, advancing quality, reducing unnecessary utilization, and embedding value‑based care principles across the Medical Group.
